Seasoned kettlebell athletes don't use hard wrist protection during kettlebell exercises because it hides bad form and you are risking a chances of serious wrist, elbow and shoulder injury. Our pads provide enough protection without "locking" your wrist and allow for full range of motion. These wrist pads soften the impact of kettlebells against your forearm during workout, for example snatches. Our wrist pads are made out of super absorbent and breathable cotton blend. They keep sweat from getting on your kettlebell handle (if you are not sweating, you are not doing it right), reducing a chance of a kettlebell slipping off your hand and increasing your workout safety (if you ever had a kettle lend on your foot, you would know what we mean). PLEASE, NOTE: Our wrist pads are very stretchy and therefore, highly adoptable to any wrist size. If they feel too tight on your wrists, feel free to stretch them with your hands to desired width. Stretched too much? No worries! Just wash them and they will go back to their original size, so you can try again.
